I bought these for my husband who just finished a 7 day solo river trip up the Colorado River near Moab. He had the idea of taking canned goods, jerky and protein bars....ya, right. I surprised him with these 2 buckets. I chose this brand because of the comments. He, of course, thought I was wasting money but since I had them he decided to use. Light weight, stackable and the menus looked pretty good. To make a very long story short he was so thankful to have this backpacking food on his trip. He followed the directions to a tee and couldn't believe how delicious every meal was. No fuss, no muss....just heat water over his little burner, wait a few minutes and Walla.......a nice delicious warm meal after a long day on the river. I pat myself on the back knowing I was a big influence with him having a successful river trip!! Wife knows best.....
