I was sceptical that this cushion would work for me. I don't use it in a traditional office chair sitting in front of my computer; I use it in a big recliner that has no lower lumbar/back support. I was delightfully surprised to find that this cushion works great! I sleep in this recliner. It's roomy, but needed something extra to have me waking up pain free, and the Everlasting Comfort 100% pure Memory Foam Back Cushion works so very well. Kudos to the creator for this excellent cushion - and when the time comes to buy a new one - I'll be looking to buy this again.
