I bought this suitcase to bring a Spirit Airlines flight without paying a fee for carry on luggage. It worked. The bag is the exact dimensions allowed for a “personal item“. I packed four days worth of clothes, a toiletry bag and a small purse without overstuffing it. The one drawback I will mention is that, though it fits in the allotted space under the seat, it juts out lengthwise far enough to significantly reduce leg/foot room. It was worth it for me because I’m short and was able to rest my feet on top of the bag. Somebody taller might find it uncomfortable. Update: this bag is not the exact dimensions of a Sun Country personal item, but I took it on a Sun Country flight last week and it fit under the middle seat with wiggle room. I think this would also fit under the window seat, but it’s too wide for the aisle. I never put it in the sizer, but the flight attendants didn’t bat an eye.
