If you like your shoes snug, order the size the arrow points to and if you like a bit more room, order a larger size. If the plastic piece pops/breaks off, use a straight edge to figure out where your toe is and go a half size larger. This device is still useful even if it’s ‘broken.’ Check with the manufacturer to make sure their size matches the centimeters side and order accordingly. Many claim to be one ‘size’ and the centimeters are way off. In that case, the foot measuring device was not at fault, the consumer is for not checking the details.
