I purchased 2 bottles. I gave one to a coworker. We both have been astounded by the difference it has made. Both of us are Chefs in our 40's. Long days on our feet have been plague our joints. I have arthritis all over. I can't take asprin based pain meds due to a gastric surgery so I live with pain and agony. Since I started using Zhou black seed oil. I feel 10 yrs younger. In wake up well rest my joint pain has been significantly reduced. I have more energy. I really feel joint. I believe it is due to the oil. Now I do bloodwork in a few months to see if it has any impact on my good cholesterol which is always low. Hoping the omega oils help with that. Thanks Zhou will definitely by again
