First off, I'm a guy. A very manly, rugged guy. But I understand the aging effects of unprotected skin so I lotion daily. I used to use your run of the mill giant squirt tub of lotion, thinking lotion was lotion. I never noticed anything different about my skin but didn't think I was supposed to. I bought this lotion because it's highly rated on every list and it was on sale. I used it in conjunction with St Ives apricot exfoliator (I swear I'm a rough and tumble manly man... I also take bubble baths) and within a week I had noticeably smoother skin. To the point that I would periodically rub it just to feel how smooth it was. It also doesn't have the weird medicinal smell of the "odorless" other lotions. I will probably stick with this lotion from now on. Now if you'll excuse me, I've got some lavender candles to light.
