I'm 5'6, 145 pounds and generally always a medium... I read the reviews, got the medium hoping it wouldn't be too small and actually it's a teeny bit big. It is meant to be roomy so it works, and it's slouchy enough that I can wear it off the shoulder if desired (which I love). The sleeves would be better if they had a bit of elastic at the cuff to shape them but I rolled them up once and that seems to do the job. Received some compliments already. Overall pleased with the purchase, would recommend ordering true to size as this does not skimp on fabric.
