After much frustration over the past year, this system may have become the system we had hoped for. It seems that the systems, as received, are up to date as of the day packaged. No surprise, no problem if you will have the system online. When you set it up and go online there are updates available to make the system current. Ours was never intended to be on line, so no updates. Therefore, up to date when packaged can be very out of date when received and without internet updates will likely disappoint the purchaser. I have been pleased with the quality of assistance rendered by the G.W. Tech staff. I have to call out Eduardo 'Eddie' Sanchez on this note. Top Professional, EXCELLENT LISTENER, (you can't cure my issue unless you listen to my problem, or perceived problem, first) I was highly satisfied with the consideration and assistance of several Tech assistants over the year but I have to ring bells for Eduardo Sanchez. They certainly do not come any better. Carl
