This is truly a great ice pack. I have not used it for hot therapy so far, but I highly recommend this product for one simple reason - the velcro straps. The ability to strap down the icepack is far superior to other ice packs I own. Finally an easy way to keep the ice pack in place. You get about a 20 minute therapy from a frozen pack. update 5-10-2019 Unfortunately the ice pack developed a small leak. I contacted Coldest Water via email on Sunday to report the problem. Within hours the owner replied, apologized for the problem and made arrangements for a replacement, which shipped Monday morning. Two days later I had the replacement ice pack. These days it is hard to find such dedicated customer service. If you think about buying from this company - do so with great confidence of product support and a company standing behind their products.
