I’m going to begin this review by saying I never write reviews! I am an active duty officer in the Army with little time. I am on con leave due to a shoulder surgery and a week and a half ago our grinder died. I decided to research grinders because until I moved in with my fiancée in 48 years of living I’d never ground my own coffee other than at the store at the time of purchase. I love good coffee and even French press. My other half came with the grinder and I had a HATE relationship with it. It was noisy and above all it made a disaster when getting to the grinds. NO MATTER WHAT. I’m a neat nick - I’m in the Army remember? The research caused me to learn more about grinders (then I over wanted to know) and how much time people seem to have to write reviews (resentment). I was in analysis paralysis. I finally said “f” it and purchased this thinking it’s a known good brand and well I’ll send it back. This grinder is a dream! It’s quiet and NEAT and the grinds are perfect. I can even just place the ground filter basket under it while grinding and not one ground strays on to my counter. Lots of settings. Easy to use. So happy. Never writing a review again but this was so worth the effort. I go back to work in a week and will be sucked into the vortex. 😊
