If I could give this ten stars, I would. Especially, since I almost died 12 years ago from diabetes. (causing weight loss) I've been taking all kinds of supplements, exercise, and all. There was something missing. I knew it. This is what was missing. Big Time! This isn't just another supplement to make someone money. Dr. Dean has come up with a seriously good product. You should read her books. Yes, I bought this magnesium. Then, reading further into The Magnesium Miracle. Experiencing what the Sea Salt and water did. Also epsom salt soaking my feet, and some other topical magnesium did for my feet. I bought the Total Body Reset Program. I could write a book about me and trying to take care of myself. You'd think this review was a false bait trap. I won't get into it. I can say this is straightening out many things that were plaguing me, or worse. I obviously had a serious magnesium deficiency. I had a Magnesium RBC test done. It came back good. But what I was experiencing, and how I felt, said different. I'm glad I put more emphasis on how I feel, and experience, than a test result. One of the many things... I have had such a hard time getting results from stretching. Tiny little miniscule results. Now? My legs are wanting, and enjoying stretching. The muscles are stretching. When I looked at this. I had been feeling like I was going to die for months. I'd ask God to allow me to have a massive stroke and heart attack in my sleep. (was having the symptoms it could happen) The answer I got was; no, I have more for you. So this was revealed to me in my search for whatever to help me. I couldn't rely on Doctors for diddily. I do not fear death. I do fear living like a basket case. Not being independent. I'm convinced this is a big time key factor in good health. The Medical Industry is interested in making themselves money. Dr. Dean is interested in helping people through being a Doctor. This is an earnest product.
