I Purchased the shiatsu SL 256. I use it in my office chair and it is a wonderful product. Only problem was that it only worked for about a month or two and then the rollers got stuck. It was difficult to find the warrantee information online but once I did I sent an email and they were responsive the same day and very concerned about getting a new one to me.
