I had the 11+ and returned it for a variety of reasons: the lord of darkness hated light splashes on the floor (known and not a big deal); the remote would burn up the batteries and unpair every week; the beast would grind its way under and into things and get stuck, and then continue pushing harder instead of going back from whence it came; it couldn't find its home or park--it never once successfully made its way to the base. This led to a lot of babysitting and eventually led to the end of that experiment. Decided to try again with the 30 and holy he77 this guy is better in every way. no babysitting required and can actually be scheduled and trusted to return home when done. i almost didn't get this one after being turned off by the 11+, but glad i did. -1 star because dinosaur with no wifi/app connectivity and to stand out from the suspicious reviews here...
