I'm a 52yr old female 5'9" and 148lbs and ordered the XL. These sweatpants were just what I was looking for. My local Dept. stores didn't have a thing I liked. Recently I was diagnosed with Cancer and needed something to wear to my DAILY radiation treatments. It was very important for me to wear comfortable, roomy, and loose fitting attire. These are perfect and I will be ordering more colors to get me thru the rest of my treatments. Wish they came in more colors like Purple, Orange, Red, Baby Blue, Green etc. Thank you HANES !
