I tested this immediately after arrival. I was able to boil 16oz of water in my 24oz Stanley Adventure camp set in Just over 12 minutes in 10-15 mile an hour winds without an additional wind screen. I used 99% isopropyl alcohol, and I did have to place the stand up side down over the stove to accommodate my camp set due to the narrow profile of the Stanley. The stove does seem well built, and performed very well for the initial test. I did deduct one star as I noticed that there is some small seepage if storing alcohol in the stove if not kept upright, even though the cap does seem to fit well. Update- I have used the stove 2 more times. Second use there was very little wind resulting in a 11.5 min boil time for 16oz using the 99% isopropyl alcohol. Before my 3rd use I modified the stove holder since I'm using it upside down for my camp set. I drilled 12 3/8" holes around the curve of the base allowing better flame contact from the stove to the pot. This dropped my boil time to 9 mins flat. Also after using the stove 3 times the cap no longer seeps like before, and I've stored it full on its side for about 4 hours to confirm. All tests used 99% isopropyl alcohol with 58 degree tap water on a 74 degree day.
