I bought this Samsung to replace an 22 year old tube tv that finally died. I had never owned a Samsung TV before, buying Sony instead. Sony didn't have a model I liked at 32 inches, so I went with this. It arrived on time with only minor cuts to the box. It was a snap to install the legs, and get it up and connected to my cable box and Roku. The picture is wonderful, volume is what you'd expect -- I have it in a bedroom so it works. Reliability remains to be seen, but I'm hoping for another 20 years. I could be buying another Samsung in the future if this works out.
