These are the THICK, 1-ply, SQUARE pad. (Not the thinner, folded, 2-ply
I LOVE these THICK, 1-ply square pads because these are easier to swab skin clean, before and after administering a shot. They feel like felt, or a pressed cotton ball. Cushy!
But note that CURAD makes 2 types of Alcohol Prep Pads, and CURAD's other pad is a thinner, folded, 2-ply sheet that opens out to a rectangle. (Folks often like that 2-ply pad for simply cleaning their hands or small surfaces.) Both pads are great.
(But I prefer this thick swab for my needs.)
