I was skeptical when I opened the package - you need to give it time to expand. Gave is a 'test' drive today - spend nearly 2 hours a day commuting to work which makes my back and shoulders ache. This pillow is perfect - gave me the support and posture i need to avoid pain. Without this pillow my low back falls into the seat which forces my upper back to curl. When I'm stuck in traffic i'm throwing things behind my back to align my spine. Great price also!
