I have been using mega food blood builder for some time. It has prevented me from needing iron transfusions. After two weeks of taking them my blood work was within normal ranges. Because my lab work has been stable I was able to move to a lower dosage so I chose to move to the minis rather than the regular size as the serving size is for two pills daily and I only need to take one. These are great I often take them on an empty stomach, with no stomach ache and no constipation. I do feel like they can give me episodes of bad breath, not always but it happens. Also I don’t have a problem swallowing pills but the minis are much easier to swallow. In my picture you can see the size of regular blood builders vs. the minis.
