After hooking up my new Sceptre, you people with your single star Reviews had me as nervous as if I had bought a lemon, and would have to ship back this huge television. People, don't believe the reviews until you try one for yourself and form your own opinion because this TV is as clear and has just as sharp picture as my Samsung in the living room. It offers almost the same options as my Samsung, but at a quarter the price, and so far, I am glad I went this route because unless you have money to blow, there is nothing wrong with these Sceptre TV's. This is my second, and the reason I had to replace my first is because I was cleaning the screen and it fell about 4 feet and hit a steel safe on the floor, and I had used it for almost 2 years without a single problem. The remote is a little lighter and cheaper made than the Samsung's, but other than that, and since I use my DirecTV remote, anyway, I am glad I ignored the reviews and took the chance.
