This is an amazing product. It's an accurate scale, but much more. Without the use of a phone app, it is only an accurate scale. But after installing the app on my Android phone, I suddenly had access to an entire panoply of health test results, including BMI, Body Fat %, Body type, Visceral Fat (important for assessing cardiac risk), Body Water, Muscle Mass, Bone Mass, basal metabolic rate, and metabolic age. For those who are interested in keeping track of their progress towards a healthier you, this scale could be an excellent investment. Setup of the scale with the phone was simple, you only need to be sure that your phone's bluetooth is on. The app doesn't require significant storage space on your phone. Highly recommended
