Couldn't be happier. Arrived in perfect condition. The packaging actually contained 1 additional layer than the unpacking instructions indicated which is probably a good thing. Unpack the mattress as close to where you are placing it as possible. If you take only one thing from this review, let it be this: DO NOT PLACE ANY WEIGHT AT ALL ON THE MATTRESS FOR AT LEAST 24 HOURS AFTER UNPACKING IT. The instructions say 48 hours, but I live at 9,000 ft. above sea level, so it seems to have taken less time. I have a sneaking suspicion that some buyers of this mattress are seeing less than the claimed 13" of loft because they may not have heeded this instruction. Mine is 13" dead-on. I found that some active pushing and lifting around the perimeter of the mattress was effective in bringing it into proper shape. I am astounded at the build and comfort quality of this mattress for the price. At 5' 10" tall and 190 lbs., I find it of adequate firmness. If you have never owned a foam/gel or hybrid mattress before, know this: They are not like an innerspring. There is no immediate rebound from weighting/unweighting and shifting of weight across it. You will sink into it a bit, and it forms to you. (the result is less tossing and turning for me). They also tend to be softer around the edges than an innerspring, so expect that characteristic. Pro Tip: Use this mattress with a platform type frame that has a rim or sides that the mattress can sit down in. It will shore up it's sides and diminish the softness around the perimeter. Bottom Line: Buy it.
