I love this mattress topper. It made my bed that had been giving me serious back pain feel like a brand new bed, confirmed by my Fitbit's sleep tracker. It cut my restless periods by more than half. But, I wish I'd known beforehand about Amazon's policies about price matching. I bought this and within a week it went on a considerable sale. Amazon will not refund me the difference. That's bad customer service. I am delighted with the item though. EDIT: After a bit of conversing with Amazon, I'm happy to say I'm a happy customer once again.
