different for me and workking!
The taste, to me, is awful. I have to mix it with OJ and do it as a shot. The container is far too wide for me so I had to convert it to a tall and narrow pasta container. No big. I will come back in about to let you know if my "crunchies" have improved.
UPDATE: YES my joints are feeling much much better! I am very surprised. I hate the taste but it's working so it's worth it.
