We usually had Lifetime fitness family membership, due to my husband's busy work schedule and my son's after school program, we hardly went to gym now, so I canceled the membership, but still want my husband to excise a little bit at his convenient time without leaving the house. Got this spinning bike for him, it is very easy to assemble, all the tools required for putting together are in the box, took me about 45 minutes to put it together and clean up the area. This one doesn't has all the fancy feature comparing to the professional gym-quality piece, but still is decent quality piece of equipment to stay fit. It is very sturdy when you get on and off the bike, adjustable seat , adjustable height, a simple display screen to show all the basic info about your workout, there is phone holder (it also fit my mini tablet), so I can watch movie while on the bike in the sturdy room. there is bottle holder for water, keeping water on the bike while you are spinning the wheel. Brake knot is in the reaching-able area to adjust the tension setting as you like even during riding. This bike is a little heavy, but with the wheels on the front foot tube, moving the bike from one room to the other is not a problem at all. Overall we are happy with what we got.
