Guys I need help! I seen so many amazing reviews so I decided to purchase this light... it came in i set it all up and it will not turn on.... I already threw away all the packaging it came in so idk what to do.. does anyone know any # I can call to get it replaced. I really wanted to love it I was so excited.. help 😓😓 EDIT: I called customer service and I left about 3 voicemails and I got a call back! 🥳 I sent them the non-working ring light and I got sent a new one that so far is working great! I’m very happy with the way my problem was handeled and I would 100% recommended this ring light! Thank you again Neewer!!
