Certainly not red. Bought them because they are supposed to be red.
These headphones have OK quality for the price. However they are FAR from red and black. They are more like salmon and gray.
EDIT: The distributor contacted me about my dissatisfaction and sent me a FREE pair of red and black headphones. Gotta give them credit for that move. At least they stand behind their products, so bravo there.
