I am 5’9” and wear a women’s shirt size L/XL, and I’m in between 40 & 42C bra size. I ordered an XL in this item. It’s thin which is nice for less lines under your clothing, and it’s well made. Comfortable, stretches with you, but not too tight. The padding helps with breast shape under tshirts - doesn't make you look flat like a traditional sports bra. Padding is removable if you don’t like it. I’ve been looking something for long, everyday wear, and that can pass for a shell under a tank top. Some sports bras for bigger women can be so thick and cumbersome, especially if you don’t have large breasts. This is perfect. I absolutely love it, so much so that I immediately turned around and bought another. The beige and black colors were on sale, but now that I know how they feel and what good quality they are, I would have paid full price. Will buy white when it’s back in stock
