As other reviews, I have the same problem. there are play between the sled and the track. I assembled all parts and my circular saw to check whether the play disappear or not. Unfortunately, nothing changed...
I'm going to contact Kreg to resolve this problem. If I get some information from Kreg, I will update my review.
10/5/17 update
Kreg sent me a new accu-cut without charge. The second one looked similar and still had some play. But when I used the new one, I realized it is different. I could feel more friction between the sled and the track and could get more accurate cuts. I applied wax for smooth work and now I'm satisfied. Of course it is not festool quality. but it's accurate enough for me.
*Kreg's tolerance for cutting accuracy is 1/32 inch(= 0.7mm). My first one was out of the tolerance(over 1mm).
