Awesome customer service from Wahl
Dropped the clippers on the countertop cutting my hair one day and broke a piece off of the cutting head. I contacted Wahl customer service via email, they returned my mail the next day and said a replacement part would be in the mail.
Indeed it was, free of charge… Colleen did a wonderful job instilling faith in Wahl products and service.
