Organic Ashwagandha came packaged well and the product is clean and smells fresh. The seller has emailed to check if there were any questions or problems--nice. I take this once a day, before bed, 1/2 tsp. in a cup of warm water with a little ghee. Can be used with milk or smoothies also. The taste is a little bitter and "earthy" but the benefits have outweighed that. I am pairing this with Brami Powder that I take 2 x's a day. My anxiety has dropped to near zero and I have slept through the night numerous times. I have been taking this for about 2 weeks. There seemed to be a couple of days adjusting to it. Sort of my body not knowing what to do with feeling more calm. For now couldn't be happier with this product and very fortunate that Amazon carries these quality products that are not easy to find and at such great prices.
