Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

Idk what everyone who rates this card low is talking about. I wrote a review bc I decided to get the card despite the reviews, and I’m glad I did, bc I knew it gfit my needs, but the bad reviews scared me. All the low reviews are about either customer service or random charges—but like, here is my thing, would we all have this card if it was our first choice lmao? There is a literal better option that’s harder to be accepted too... anyway, the top complaints I see about the card are (1) bad customer service— if you pay you bill on time, don’t have to deal w customer service, and I personally haven’t had random fees/charges, just the activation fee listed in the manual. Just look at the paperwork they give you before assuming it’s fraud. Complaint (2) the app is difficult to make payments on—no. It isn’t. I promise. It’s a basic app w 4 options . . . Those are the complaints I see. The purpose of the card, as I gather, is to buy small stuff, under $145, on amazon, and then immedietky make the credit card payment in the app SO you can get the 5% BACK. You can literally only use the card on amazon. the card is for ppl like me: ppl who aren’t heavy credit users, who are a spending moderate money on amazon Weekly/monthly. ONE THING—I did NOT opt in for the financing option for the card so Idk how that is. OverLl It’s a good SIMPLE credit card. I just wanted a simple card to only use on amazon for the cash back. Boom. Easy use. Don’t overcomplicate this card, it’s just meant for small purchases to be paid for within a few days of purchase on the credit card so you can get 5% back and build credit (maybe idk)
