I have only taken them for a month so far, but I can tell you that the taste / smell is not as bad as other reviewers stated; I have a sensitive sense of smell and these did not offend me at all. I usually buy Mercola products, but with my new budget, this seems to be the best quality for the price. Could be coincidence, but my mind felt sharper and I was not aware that it could with this supplement. I had no poor reactions from this product whatsoever, the price is great for the quality. Be very careful when choosing anything that comes from the ocean; this is a high quality product.
