This is so fabulous I bought 3! I mean it is absolutely gorgeous all of my friends have admired it and I've only had it for a day the remote control is beyond amazing I am an adult not a child I used it for my own enjoyment watching it and relaxing me my daughter wants one and I bought an extra one so I have one upstairs and downstairs LOL it goes from Bright to dim 10 different speed settings for color changes. I love the stayed in smooth because the transitions so slowly the other two are nice as well 1 is like a strobe in the other is a shift it just goes through the colors I can't say enough good things about this. The fact that it works off of USB is just the best I used portable USB cables and battery packs so I can move it around if I'd like to I can bring it outside without looking for a place to plug it in I just put it right into a battery port. Absolutely fabulous
