I didn’t realize what an awesome pet carrier this was. Had already started the refund process because the strap was not adjustable and my pet’s neck didn’t seem to be comfortable. Had no choice but to use the carrier for the weekend. Amazingly, I found it to be one of the best things I got him! At one point he burrowed himself inside and fell asleep. Then refused to get out of it when I took it off and rested it down. I ended up cancelling the return.
