This review is for the multi vitamin women under 50. So i don’t have much to compare this to. I’m an early 30 year old woman who decided to take multi vitamins after feeling lethargic and foggy brained all the time. I did research and kept finding this brand on top of the best vitamins. I decided to take a chance, even though I read reviews that Nestle bought them out. This is my second week taking them and I’m trying to increase my dosage intake and get my body used to four capsules a day. I’m still taking only two capsules per day but I have to say my energy level is amazing and I feel very alert these days . I’m very thankful that I found these multivitamins and hopefully they will keep working well for me the con that I have is it’s a bit pricey but it’s the price I am willing to pay to make myself feel this way.
