Revising my initial review. After a good deal of troubleshooting, I was able to get them to work. I've already discussed edits to the manual with customer service as well. I will give them credit, they were responsive and really tried to help me. For those who are buying, remember to take the protective tape off the earbuds or they won't connect to the case! Anyway, now that they're working, so far I'm pretty happy. Find the cushion that fits best and provides the best sound. Too small and it's too "tinny" a sound, too big and it's uncomfortable. Once I had the right size I found the sound to be quite good, and surprisingly good at blocking outside noise. Since it's a touch pad on the outside, they're a little sensitive when handling, resulting in starting or stopping music and/or skipping tracks, but that's minor thing. So far they are comfortable, and they don't stick out from your ear much, which is good. I also like that the case doubles as a charger for other things, like your phone, if needed. You do need to use your phone to increase or decrease the volume, but that's fairly standard with these kind of bt earbuds and since so many of us have our phones in our hands 24/7 these days anyway, it's not a big deal. Time will tell, but these promise to be pretty good!
