Received via UPS, today, looks ok. One page instructions, screws, washers, bolts included. I don't see any dented or bent bars, yet. Considering the package transferred 7 different times, quite remarkable. Very pretty bronze patina on the metal. Good so far. Will keep you updated once I put together. There were complaints about holes not lining up. I'll let you know. 8/29/2018....Here is my update. I've put the bed frame together with no issues other then a little confusion with how a couple screws went in that I thought were too short. It turns out that there was a piece that fit in the other hole-end that the screw screwed into. Seems strong. I'm not sure I like the plastic connectors for the cross bars. We'll see how long those hold up. The company does give you a few extra just in case, I guess. Waiting on my mattress, now. Should get it any day. Like the frame though. I should say that the frame is a twin size and I was able to put it together just myself. Took about 2 hours because I took a few short breaks. Update: 9/10/18 I've slept on it, now, for a couple weeks and no issues. I weigh 230 so not sure what the other reviewer was talking about when they said it was made more for a child. Bed is sturdy. My thinking is they probably put the bed together wrong or left out the center bar and center legs or something. There are no creaking issues either. The frame was shipped without significant padding so maybe I got lucky with no dented or bent poles.
