I actually bought this for my Dad. He has been bed ridden for 14 months now. I will do almost anything to make him as comfortable as possible to be able to stay at home. My Mom told me that he sweats a lot at night and his pillows get wet. I researched and researched and decided that this was the one. I would never pay this much for a pillow for me, but for him - it has been life changing. I gave it to him yesterday and after about two hours of him using it - he told me he loved it! It stays and place and does not move down his back or to the side. It did keep him cooler. I told him the real test would be overnight. I just called him and he said this is the best pillow he has ever had! He said it worked well no matter how his head was on it. And he did not sweat! My Mom could not believe it! She always has to change his pillow cases every morning and she was happy that she didn't have to. This is will cut down on laundry too. When my family saw that I gave him this pillow and I took it out of the zipped cover - they all touched it and said they wanted one too! Then I said, "pillows for Christmas it is then. You get a pillow and you get a pillow and you get a pillow." I really was serious though. This is pillow is worth the money if you have sweat at night and need good support for your head. It came so nicely packed in a carry plastic zipped case with a handle. It is so sturdy and did not smell. Easy to carry as a gift and it fit in a normal size regular pillow case. My Dad has never been to picky about pillows. But I think we will have to make sure he always has this one now. I am happy with this purchase as are my parents! I highly recommend it!
