After using the product for a month, I have no significant complaints EXCEPT for one (see below). - I've been using it for almost two months for about three minute showers daily; based on that usage the charge lasts a remarkable Three weeks! - The manual is hard to read and IIRC leaves out important information: It takes about Two Hours to charge with a status light starting out Red and ending up Blue. During charging wall power consumption starts out about 16 watts and slowly reduces to eight watts, at which time the product disconnects from the charger on a ~50% duty cycle (probably for safety - good design). My USB (5v, 2.1a) charger gets uncomfortably warm during charging as it is being slightly overloaded. MAJOR CAVEAT - DO NOT USE YOUR COMPUTER USB PORT TO CHARGE THIS PRODUCT or you may destroy it. Peak charging current is over 3 amps at 5 volts, so I would recommend a charger / power supply that can deliver at least 20 watts (4 amps). Computer USB ports only have to support the standard maximum continuous power draw specification of 1.5 amps (7.5 watts). THIS PRODUCT SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN DESIGNED FOR A USB CHARGER - there are plenty of available 'power supply bricks' that could be equipped with the connector on the shower head end.
