Scrolling through Amazon in search of a waterproof eyeliner I came across this little gem. Why did I stop and open the ad? Because of the price and It claimed to be waterproof. Okay, fine I’ll try it. It’s only $4.00. It arrived in good condition and is as described in the ad. While it is waterproof it isn’t all that smudge proof. My allergies drive me bananas at times and leave me rubbing my eyes like a sleepy baby. My eyes can go from glamorous to raccoon in 3.2 seconds if I don’t use the right liner/mascara. My thoughts: It’s definitely worth the $4.00. It’s waterproof. Which is the whole point. So long as I don’t go to town rubbing my eyes like a nut, my makeup stays put just fine and looks great all day. That’s another thing, it doesn’t have to br r eapplied through the day and doesn’t leave that line in any creases or fine lines around the eyes that some eye products do. It does have a sharpener so you can come at your eyes with sharper lines, but honestly, it's more for definition and blending than for harsh or defined lines. It’s great for the smoky look and blends well with the included blender tip or your finger. I will be buying this product again.
