To All, I refused to write a review of the Morning & Nighttime liquid vitamin and minerals until after I tried the product for about 90 days. I will be a regular subscriber from this day forward. I have noticed some physical changes in my appearance and so have my family members, WOW! I kid you not, I had several bald spots on my head. My hair was short, thin, brittle, and had severe breakage. My hair was coming out in clumps when I combed or washed it. I was shedding more than my dog. Now my hair is longer, thicker, stronger, and 4 inches passed my shoulders. I need a haircut, LOL! My fingernails are growing and at unbelievable rate. I have to file my fingernails every two weeks to keep them short. No glue on fakes for me. Swollen ankles are a thing of the past, I used to call them CANKLES (calf-sized ankles). I was also having leg/feet/toe cramps at night, this liquid vitamin seemed to put an end to that. My psychological mood has improved, I have a mental feeling of wellness. A woman I never met told me I looked so relaxed, like I didn't have a care in the world. Ha! If only she knew. Finally, a person I do know, they happen to rub my forearm, and they said, "OMG! It's so soft, it's like touching baby skin". I can also tell you when I miss 4-5 days my ankles start to swell again and the leg/feet/toe cramps come back. All, I can honestly say I thought I was crazy or hallucinating hair growth results within the first two weeks but I wasn't. I called my sister and told her about the product and that I thought the texture of my hair was changing and getting softer, all this in 10 days??? Really. I still don't believe it myself but the mirror don't lie. Get it. Try it. It can't hurt. MaryRuth stands behind her product and has great customer service to boot.
