Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I originally gave this product a poor review. I am changing my opinion about the product and especially the company. Reps from the company actually read my original review and responded by email personally to me. They suggested that since I was unhappy with it, I should watch a video on how to use it. I did and found that the original fault was mine, not the product's. I am very impressed that even with a low priced item, the company followed up with me and that is so important today when it's almost impossible to get to the right people for any concerns we might have with purchases. So, I give them FIVE Stars for their follow up and four for the product. It works well now that I know how to use it.
