Bless This Simple Inexpensive Solution - No More Tears!
***SCROLL TO END TO SEE UPDATE FROM MAY 17, 2017
Sunday March 19, 2017 was the last time I had a severe hot flash. That was the day before I received my first order and I haven't felt so good in I'd say at least a year.
I'm not going to bore you to death with ALL the details but I am currently 49 years old and had a hysterectomy when I was 37. Never wanted kids so that was cool, but I was told that I would likely enter menopause much earlier than I would have naturally. I had one ovary left so I had several good years but the sweating began noticeably after almost any activity (like sex, a long walk on a warm day, etc.). It was embarrassing but I dealt.
Now at about 46 or so I really started to suffer. I'd have these hot flashes that would ruin my makeup around my hairline and I'd feel the heat creeping up my neck and steaming my scalp. It drove me crazy. I would literally shop at night in the summer at like a 24 hour Walmart just so I wouldn't have to be dabbing at my forehead in front of the normal daytime store traffic.
This last year was the end of life as I knew it. Seriously, I would cry at anything - and I'm already an emotional creature, but in a good way. I'll cry about something cute, sad, beautiful, a rainbow...you get my drift. But lately, I was crying for everything and anything. I lost a game of Backgammon the other day and went into a whole teary session. It was comically ridiculous but it was real. At one point, just a couple weeks ago my sister said she'd avoided asking me about something because she couldn't stand seeing me cry. I would cry on my way home from a store, first thing in the morning sometimes...then I'd have a hot flash or 5 during the day and that would lead me to cry even more. I was depressed by it as well thinking how in the world will I resume a social life if I'm constantly afraid of breaking out into a sweat and if the wrong thing is said, I'd cry right there wherever I am - in a restaurant, store, waiting for a train...UGGH!!!!!
I'd just finished a bottle of Black Cohosh pills that I got from a local big vitamin store (you know the one) and it helped only slightly with the hot flashes. I needed more than that. So, once again, I hit Amazon that Friday night and searched for anything affordable that I might try. I found this product and read the reviews and figured it was inexpensive enough that if it didn't work, I wouldn't be crying over wasted money.
I kid you not - I recall my very last severe hot flash was Sunday March 19th, because I got my delivery Monday morning, took one and that was that. To this day (now only 9 days later) I've said to anyone who will listen that I feel like someone took the blinders from behind my eyes and now everything looks bright again.
I was sitting at the kitchen table with my brother-in-law the other day and I said, "Guess what? I'm chilly - I'm CHILLY!!!" It's still wintery in NJ and I would walk outside in the snow with my coat wide open with only a tshirt and jeans on - all the time. I was always hot. I would wear t-shirts in the house and then turn on the ceiling fan. The other day I had on a cute red long-sleeve sweater and my sister gave me a look when I asked if she noticed anything different. She looked me over and couldn't figure it out. I said, "I'm in the house, in the winter, with long sleeves and not sweating!"
Sounds like something silly to celebrate? My research showed that menopause can cause or heighten depression and adding that to being damned hot all the time was nuts. I am so thankful to have found this product. It is so nice to do my eyebrows, put on a little makeup and then see it still looks good hours later.
You have no idea how dramatic the turnaround has been for me, and I warn that, of course, everyone may not have as dramatic results. But try it. What have you got to lose? I researched all the ingredients and it's a great overall women's tonic as far as I am concerned. I just wish someone had even suggested it years before I went through what I've gotten through. Menopause is a beetch and I am kickin' its butt now! My weapon of choice is 2 little pills a day.
Oh, one more thing. I do still experience a teeeeeny bit of a flash every now and again - maybe once a day. And I won't even notice until I walk past a mirror and see just a tiny bit of dewy-ness around my hairline. And I do feel just a tinge of warmth maaaybe once in the day but it's finger-snap quick - not the miserable drawn out session it used to be. It's so insignificant. And I expect that will improve over time, too. I'm tempted to take 2 twice a day but I'm going to just finish this first bottle and see how things work out and then I'll consider adjusting if needed after that. For the first time in a long time I'm looking forward to the warmer weather.
Ladies, tell a friend. I'm even going to my first local yoga and meditation class in years this coming Friday since I'm not concerned about the hot flashes anymore. No more hiding out indoors for me - I'm free!

UPDATE MAY 17, 2017
I just finished sending an email to Dr. Tobias to let them know an update and it's not all good. Although I have not had any more outrageous mood swings, and the crying has really been resolved, the hot flashes are back. Now in fairness, today it was 91° for the first time of the season here in New Jersey. However, I work from home so I was not out in the sunshine and this didn't just start today. Like many other reviewers have said, the first bottle was completely wonderful. The second and third bottle have had me experimenting with two pills at a time morning and night so it's getting a bit more costly than initially. I'm not sure if this a quality control issue or if we just need more and more as time goes on. I'd love to hear more updates from others who've posted previously.
