I bought this bed about a month ago, and was very happy with my purchase. Pretty much everything you read on the description is true. A couple of days ago the bed exploded in the middle of the night. Why? Who knows. I called Coleman the next day, and they were very apologetic. They asked me to take three pictures, I did, and that same day I had a new bed shipped to me. No hassle, no questions as to what could've been the reason of the tear, nothing. Coleman simply asked for three pictures, and happily shipped me a new bed that same day. Yes, the bed exploding in the middle of the night is a drag, but it is only an air bed, thing happen. It could've been my fault; maybe I over inflate it, I don't know. The point is that Coleman's customer service was superb. I recommend buying this Coleman bed.
