I bought this to use with their cream and this was perfect for the bigger breakouts! Smells amazing and, again, is such a great value compared to what other products run....it might look generic, but that's okay....cause it's what's inside that counts. My daughter joined me with this---I have super sensitive, dry on top, oily just underneath skin, she has typical teen cystic acne and we were both thrilled. Normally I find acne treatments just irritate my skin further, this was not the case, no redness, no irritation. She gets HUGE pimples and this really calmed them down. I was amazed, in fact by how well TreeActiv Cystic Spot Treatment worked for her, particularly. She's sold and so am I. I won't be using anything else again, EVER!
