I dont have any kids or wobbly furniture, but I do have a multi monitor stand that I am pushing the weight boundary for. I only needed one and this was the cheapest one I could find on Amazon with reviews. I am using it to offset the large forward weight of my large monitors on that stand and it works great, the stand doesn't wobble and can't tip forward even with some added force. The zip ties are thick and long and can be undone without cutting, the mounts come with screws and anchors.
