Great Budget Option
I prefer Roku devices over the Chromecast. So, if you are on a really tight budget I would definitely buy this device. If you have an extra $20 buy the Roku Streaming Stick.
The main shortcoming of the Roku Express is the remote, uses an IR blaster, which has to be pointed very near exactly at the device.
