I bought this roller after reading the benefits of dermarolling. I always read reviews and was happy to see that this item kept receiving high stars so I decided to purchase it. The price really influenced my decision to purchase this especially because I have never done microneedling so I did not want to spend so much right away. The plastic storage case is very convenient because it keeps it free of dust and clean for next use. I use mine every other day and this is NOT painful at all because of the small needle size. I apply a high end face oil after I roll and my skin feels so incredibly soft. However, I did some research on needle size and collagen production and this needle size (.25) won't produce the abrasion you need on your skin to produce collagen, you need atleast a .5mm needle size roller. However, this is still a great product to use often to help absorb whatever oil or moisturizer you are using. If you use oils like argan, jojoba, or almond I use a mix of all) you dont need much and you get great results just from the natural oils. If this company offered rollers with longer needles, I would have purchased those as well.
