First off, let me mention that I didn't keep these wraps - - but that's because I didn't do a good enough job of researching prior to ordering. These wraps were far more heavy duty than what I needed (I ordered them as support for my wrists in my job as a delivery driver). That said, the product itself was amazing. If I'd needed them for weightlifting, I absolutely would have kept them. Now, on to the company itself. Rip Toned has earned my undying loyalty. The company followed up after I'd mentioned that I'd be returning the wraps, and told me not only that I could keep the wraps and pass them on to someone else who might be able to use them, they offered to send me a less stiff, slimmer-profile pair...on the house. This is a company that understands that by spending/losing a bit of money up front, they earn a lifelong customer (and excellent word of mouth, because I will tell everyone I know how awesome they are), and will actually make more money in the long run. Also, their communications were friendly and helpful. Can't say enough good things about Rip Toned. I highly recommend this company, and also this product (as long as you're ordering them for true, heavy-duty lifting).
